About the role:
As an IT & IP Lawyer at Ambit, you'll work at the convergence of law, technology, and business, advising clients on intellectual property protection, software licensing, data privacy compliance, and emerging technology frameworks. You'll be part of CEE's foremost technology-focused law firm, working alongside world-class experts who combine traditional legal excellence with hands-on technology and business experience.
What you'll do:
- Advise on AI and emerging technology compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Handle GDPR and data privacy matters for tech companies
- Manage IP protection, licensing, and enforcement strategies
- Structure technology transactions including SaaS agreements and software licensing
- Support clients in video games and esports law matters
- Collaborate with M&A and corporate teams on tech-focused transactions
