About the role:
As a Junior Associate in our IT & IP practice, you'll gain hands-on experience advising clients at the convergence of law, technology, and business. You'll work alongside world-class experts on matters spanning information technology, software law, intellectual property, and innovation-driven industries.
What you'll do:
- Advise on AI and emerging tech compliance matters
- Assist with data privacy and GDPR advisory work
- Conduct IP research and support protection and enforcement strategies
- Draft and review technology agreements and licensing documentation
- Engage in client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal innovation projects
