
Kristýna Háblová serves as a Legal Assistant at Ambit, supporting the team with legal research, document drafting and revision across multiple practice areas. Her focus areas include ICT law, data protection, and the law of obligations.
Kristýna assists Ambit's legal team across a wide range of matters, with responsibilities including legal research, document drafting and revision, and supporting the team across multiple practice areas.
Having completed her fourth year at Charles University's Faculty of Law, her academic and professional interests include ICT law, data protection, and the law of obligations. Next year, she will join an Erasmus exchange program at NOVA School of Law in Lisbon, Portugal, focusing on ICT law coursework.
Kristýna also brings experience from international moot courts focused on mediation and negotiation, where she represented the faculty both as a mediator and as a negotiator. This experience allowed her to view dispute resolution from both sides of the table, developing not only argumentation skills but, above all, the ability to listen and find practical, shared solutions even in high-pressure situations.
She brings critical thinking, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in how the law keeps pace with technological change to her work.
