Tereza Čacká is a Junior Associate at Ambit, focusing on venture capital, M&A, and corporate law. She advises startups, investors, and companies on investment rounds, transactions, and corporate structuring.
In her practice, Tereza works on investment and transaction documentation, including investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, and related corporate documents. She assists clients with structuring investments and setting up relationships between founders, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Before joining Ambit, she gained experience at the international law firm Clifford Chance and at the Redstone group, where she focused primarily on real estate transactions. She contributed to legal due diligence and transaction documentation in connection with the acquisition of major commercial properties, including the Flora and Myslbek shopping centres.
Beyond transactional work, Tereza provides long-term legal counsel to clients — from the early stages of their growth through to the day-to-day corporate and commercial matters involved in building a stable foundation for further development.
