At Ambit, Robert contributes to the firm's workflow by assisting across a broad spectrum of legal matters—from commercial and corporate cases to selected transactional and regulatory issues. His work includes providing background analysis, preparing legal documents, and offering insight in complex litigations, financial transactions, and insolvency proceedings.
Robert has also gained valuable hands-on experience at the civil division of the District Court in Karviná, where he deepened his understanding of procedural law and court practice. As a law student at Charles University, currently working on his thesis, he is approaching completion of his studies and combines strong academic grounding with practical insight.His professional background primarily encompasses corporate and transactional law, with additional exposure to M&A and insolvency matters. Robert brings a detail-oriented and pragmatic approach to his work, providing dependable support to both lawyers and clients.
