At their first Czech Law Firm of the Year awards, Mavericks (now Ambit) were named a recommended firm in Information Technology Law. EPRAVO.CZ announced the results of the 16th edition on 6 November 2023 at Žofín Palace in Prague.
Recommended at the first attempt
This was the first year Mavericks entered the Czech Law Firm of the Year awards. In the Information Technology Law category, the firm was named a recommended firm.
The awards have been organised by EPRAVO.CZ since 2008. In each category they name a winner, highly recommended firms and recommended firms, assessing the quality of the firm and the significance and impact of its transactions. The full results of the 16th edition are published by EPRAVO.CZ.
Why IT law
Tomáš Ditrych founded Mavericks in 2017. From the outset, the firm has focused on start-ups and venture capital, emerging technologies, IT and software law, and intellectual property. The recommendation in IT law reflects the area where the team spends most of its time.
