As an Associate in Ambit's Venture Capital and M&A practice, you will join the most active venture capital law firm in Central and Eastern Europe, contributing to approximately 40 VC transactions annually alongside numerous M&A deals, closing a new transaction nearly every week. You will deliver solutions that accelerate client objectives, advising on strategic acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and corporate restructurings.
- 01Lead and execute venture capital and private equity transactions
- 02Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
- 03Handle corporate restructurings and post-closing integration matters
- 04Draft and negotiate transaction documentation
- 05Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment
- 06Collaborate with clients and investors to structure optimal deal terms
- 01Qualified lawyer with M&A or corporate law experience
- 02Ambitious professional who thrives in high-velocity environments
- 03Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- 04Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- 05Excellent communication skills in English and Czech
