About the role
As a Junior Associate in our IT & IP practice, you'll gain hands-on experience advising clients at the convergence of law, technology, and business. You'll work alongside world-class experts on matters spanning information technology, software law, intellectual property, and innovation-driven industries.
What you'll do
- 01Advise on AI and emerging tech compliance matters
- 02Assist with data privacy and GDPR advisory work
- 03Conduct IP research and support protection and enforcement strategies
- 04Draft and review technology agreements and licensing documentation
- 05Engage in client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives
- 06Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal innovation projects
What we're looking for
- 01Strong interest in technology, innovation, and intellectual property
- 02Ambitious mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
- 03Excellent analytical and research skills
- 04Great communication skills of English (both written and spoken)
- 05Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
