Start your transactional career at CEE's most active M&A practice. Learn from deal-makers closing sophisticated transactions weekly whilst building your expertise in venture capital and corporate law.
As a Junior Associate in our M&A practice, you'll be part of a team closing approximately 40 venture capital transactions and numerous M&A deals annually. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, working alongside world-class experts and contributing to live transactions from day one.
- 01Support venture capital financings and M&A transactions
- 02Assist with legal due diligence and transaction documentation
- 03Conduct corporate and commercial research
- 04Draft shareholders' agreements, investment documents, and corporate resolutions
- 05Participate in client calls and negotiation sessions
- 06Work with our transaction automation tools and standardised documentation
- 01Law degree and eligibility to enter the Czech Bar trainee programme
- 02Strong interest in corporate law, M&A, and venture capital
- 03Ambitious professional eager to work in fast-paced environment
- 04Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- 05Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- 06Team player with entrepreneurial mindset
