Prokop Tomášek

Prokop Tomášek focuses on venture capital, startups, and emerging technologies at Ambit. As part of the IP & IT team, he combines expertise in M&A, venture financing, and intellectual property law to deliver strategic and practical legal solutions. Prokop advises startups, investors, and fast-growing companies at all stages of development—from formation and funding to scaling and exit—helping them navigate complex regulatory and commercial challenges with clarity and confidence. Whether negotiating seed rounds, Series A investments, or growth-stage financings, he structures deals that balance founder vision with investor protection.

His international experience includes studying at University College London, assisting a Member of the European Parliament, and teaching English abroad. These experiences have strengthened his ability to adapt to diverse environments and think critically about the intersection of law, innovation, and global business. Known for his hands-on and pragmatic approach, Prokop works closely with founders and investors to develop creative, forward-thinking strategies that support sustainable startup growth.
