Šimon Opíchal

Šimon contributes to Ambit's workflow as a Legal Assistant, supporting senior colleagues across diverse matters with a particular focus on commercial and corporate law. His responsibilities encompass legal research, contract drafting, and document revision.

Currently a fourth-year law student at Charles University's Faculty of Law, Šimon has enriched his legal education through study exchanges in Amsterdam and Manchester. These international experiences have provided him with strong analytical capabilities and a comparative legal perspective, particularly valuable in Anglo-American legal contexts. His professional experience centers primarily on corporate law, M&A, and transactional matters.
