The Ambit law firm (formerly Mavericks) has reason to celebrate. The prestigious international IFLR1000 ranking has included Ambit in three categories this year. The firm has not only defended its positions in the M&A and Banking & Finance categories but has also made its debut in the Capital Markets: Debt category.
Individual Recognition for Partners
In addition to the firm's success as a whole, Ambit's partners also received individual recognition for the first time. The firm's founder, Tomáš Ditrych, was recognised as a Notable Practitioner in Capital Markets: Debt, Capital Markets: Equity, and M&A. Partner Jaroslav Menčík received the Notable Practitioner award in M&A.
The Notable Practitioner designation is awarded to experienced and respected lawyers who have built a specialisation in relevant legal areas and established a reputation through significant transactions, with demonstrable evidence of expertise, a client base, and work on major deals.
