We represented Alex Ilyash and Choice in closing a $7.1 million investment round.
Choice started as a digital menu for restaurants. Today, it operates a platform through which more than 1.5 million orders worth 750 million crowns pass each month.
Looking ahead, the company is planning its own consumer app, which will allow customers to discover restaurants, reserve tables, and place orders without paying commissions to aggregators.
The business fundamentals are solid: over 30,000 registered restaurants across nine countries and 7,000 customers paying for premium services.
The round was led by Alea Capital together with Smartlink Partners, with Reflex Capital and JTVentures joining in.
