Czech tech leader Oddin.gg has strengthened its position in the global esports market with the acquisition of Danish company GameScorekeeper. The law firm Ambit (known as Mavericks until December 2025) provided comprehensive legal services on this international transaction.

The transaction between a Czech and a Danish company required coordinating the legal frameworks of two different jurisdictions.
