Last week, our partner Tomáš Ditrych attended the Law and Taxes conference organized by Česká justice and Ekonomický deník at Truhlárna Karlín in Prague.
In his presentation, Tomáš focused on the current regulation of qualified employee stock options. In the subsequent panel discussion with Simona Hornochová, Director General of the Financial Administration, Martin Jiránek, and other tax experts, he discussed a broader range of topics—including support for science and research and the upcoming startup law.
Finance Minister Alena Schillerová also spoke at the conference, presenting on the upcoming EET 2.0 regulations.
