The Czech fund Soulmates Ventures led a £1.6 million (approximately CZK 47 million) investment round in the London-based startup RightCharge, which simplifies electric vehicle charging payments for corporate fleets across Europe. The investment round also included participation from Purple Ventures, Blackwood Ventures, and Unruly Capital.

Solving a Key Challenge in Electromobility

RightCharge addresses one of the biggest operational hurdles to the electrification of corporate fleets—the complexity of billing for charging costs, particularly for drivers who charge company vehicles at home. The platform automates the entire process: it links drivers' accounts, manages payments and reimbursements, and consolidates all charging costs into a single transparent monthly invoice.

RightCharge recorded tenfold year-over-year revenue growth in 2025 and a zero churn rate among fleet operators over the past 18 months. Clients include the Automobile Association (AA), WJ, and VINCI Construction, among others.

The company expanded into France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Belgium in November 2025, with entry into the Norwegian and Irish markets planned for Q1 2026.
